This split was recorded after Skeleton Dick and A Dream Asleep shared a stage for an actual, song for song, battle! Both bands on stage at the same time. It was such a fun show that we decided to do a split CD in the same vein.

Both bands used the same names for the songs, however that is where the similarities end! While A Dream Asleep's song titles have nothing to do with the subject, Skeleton Dick's titles are often times the hook and chorus.

A Dream Asleep is a hardnoisecore band...Skeleton Dick is just good old fun Punk Rock. So enjoy the Skeleton Dick songs and if you're into it check out A Dream Asleep!

This is the first recording with Chris "Delron" Laforge on it. He came in at the last minute and helped out with backing vocal arrangements and after a few weeks joined the band full time as the third awesome guitarist! He still plays in 30foot Fall. Although his massive guitar balls are not on this album, his voice is. Skeleton Dick's next album is due to be released in early 2011 and you can expect to hear him on that....so Enjoy Yourself!

Another interesting tid bit of useless information; Mark Kidney, who mastered the album, can be heard on the song A Sexual Joe correcting us. The song was supposed to be Asexual Joe but a great flub while recording a voice over with B.D. Himes resulted in Skeleton Dick changing the name a the very subject of the song.
